How much does the service cost?

TM Assessors offer a flat fee for all services;

 

  • £50 + VAT for estimate creation
  • £30 + VAT for estimate uplift auditing (only chargeable if we successfully uplift your estimate by more than £30)
  • £30 + VAT for final costings (only chargeable if we successfully add more than £30 on to your assessment)
Do I have to Subscribe to Anything?

No, our service is on a per project basis.

How can I get started with your services?

To get started, simply reach out to us via our contact form or give us a call. We'll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and how we can assist you.

Are your services confidential

We are 100% confidential and will not share your information with anyone unless explicitly requested to do so in writing by you.

I have multiple projects that require your attention, what is the best way to send you the information?

Once signed up (for free) you will be given access to a private Client Portal Area. In there you can open new projects as necessary.

How many user accounts are included once I sign up?

Our plan allows for a single user per account. Please contact us if you alternative requirements.

1. Are there any setup fees?

No! There are no set up fees when you create your Client Portal.

2. How can I close my Client Portal

Simply contact us by email with your request, we'll confirm your data removal from our system.
