How much does the service cost?

TM Assessors offer a flat fee for all services;

  • £50 + VAT for estimate creation
  • £30 + VAT for estimate uplift auditing (only chargeable if we successfully uplift your estimate by more than £30)
  • £30 + VAT for final costings (only chargeable if we successfully add more than £30 on to your assessment)
Do I have to Subscribe to Anything?

No, our service is on a per project basis.

Are your services confidential

We are 100% confidential and will not share your information with anyone unless explicitly requested to do so in writing by you.

TM Assessors offer several different methods for data sharing. We will discuss your requirements and identify a solution that best fits your needs.

1. Are there any setup fees?

No! There are no set up fees when you create your Client Portal.

2. Are there any hidden costs?

In a word no! We pride ourselves on transparency at all stages.
